User need statement:

Lionel needs an easy way to personalize donuts for the recipient, both in a fun, creative and quick way. This can include already finished designs or own designs from the customer.

Homepage/Page 1:

The logo will be placed on top of the page. On the left side under the logo, it will be a picture or a symbol that will work as a link to Page 3. This is for new orders. On the right side it will be inspirational photographs. 

Under, it will be inspirational photos on the left side, while a photo or symbol for “Existing customers” will take you to Page 2. 

At the bottom at the homepage, there will be a list of ingredients used for the base donuts on the left, and a list of flavours and color choice on the right. 

Page 2:

Page 2 is a page for already existing customers. Here they can choose between using previous orders as their next one, but also do a new order, which takes them to Page 3. 

There will be a log-in function there, so existing customers can get a review of their previous orders after log-in. 

On the sides there will be some kind of inspiration, mainly colorful sketches of donuts in suitable colors that match the website. I was also thinking about short, fun quotes that has to do with donuts or sweets. 

Page 3:

This is the site for new orders! This start off with a short and easy “survey” or questionnaire where the customers can tell Bigfoot Donuts what they want. The customer get to decide color(s), filling or no filling (and what kind), glaze, quantity and whether they want sprinkles or not. 

After filling in the questionnaire, the page will generate a result, and if the customer is not happy, it is a button that takes them to re-do the questionnaire. 

Page 4:

This page is for filling in delivery address, and wether it is a gift or not. If it is a gift, it will pop up a textbox where the customer can write in their own text that will be forwarded to the receiver. 

Under, the customer fills in their payment information, debit card/credit card. At the bottom it will show a picture of the donut they have ordered, and on the right side it will be an order summary in writing.
